I like the airiness you gave to her skirt. I think, however, that this would work just as well without the wings, and they look a little stiff and out of place.
The plants and ferns at the bottom of the image are a wonderful addition, as many people forget to spend much time on the scenery. I also love the small fireflies and single butterfly.
The water, I believe it is, coming from her hair messed me up at first. The water in front of her skirt blends into the skirt, making it look like there's a line of light coming from her skirt into the water, which is what I thought at first.
Your lighting is also fantastic, though I feel like the face needs to be a tad bit brighter. But maybe I'm just wrong. Otherwise, the light seems to fall in all the right places, making this a realistic though fantastical piece.
